First things first - what do you want to accomplish? What is your vision?

We'll take an inventory of your current processes or technology.  It is critical that we find out what is most important to your organization and what is non-negotiable.

Are you blocked or have obstacles?  We'll define and understand your top three obstacles that you want to change.  By setting a baseline we can determine target metrics.  

The last step in the WINS process is solutions. I strive to find three solutions for every problem and define them by an effective, expense, and efficiency rating.   Its your business, so a solution will be designed for you.
